Luceco were proud to be awarded highly commended in the “Lighting Project of the Year” category at The Electrical Industry Awards, organised by Electrical Times, the electrical trade’s longest running and most respected awards championing excellence. The awards were announced at the Royal Garden Hotel, Kensington, London on 26th October 2017 at a gala dinner.
When announcing the finalists for this year’s 2017 Electrical Industry Awards, Electrical Times said the standard of entries was very high and being shortlisted for an Electrical Industry Award was a great achievement.
Luceco worked with Maplin Electronics to realise the ‘Horizon’ refurbishment project, refurbishing the 216 stores nationwide, delivering an upgrade in lighting and substantial energy savings benefitting the end user with an annual saving of over £240,000 equating to over £2,000,000 over the lifetime of the fittings.
